These are the terms you agree to by using Threaditate. You also see a short version the first time you sign in.
Your content & our license.
You keep ownership of the photos and projects you upload. By using Threaditate, you grant us a license to store, process, and reproduce your content as needed to run, maintain, debug, and improve the service.
Who can see your content.
Our team — including our engineers — may access and view your photos and projects to operate the service, provide support, tune the system, and diagnose and fix problems. Access is limited to these purposes.
What we won't do.
We won't publicly share your content, sell it, or make it visible to other users.
Snapshots to improve the service.
To operate, debug, evaluate, and improve Threaditate, we may capture and retain snapshots of your use of the service — including your chosen settings, the source images you upload, and the renderings they produce — and our engineering team may access and analyze them for these purposes. We retain these snapshots for as long as reasonably necessary to improve the application, and may delete them thereafter.
Inactive content.
Photos and projects inactive for more than 90 days may be deleted. Save anything you want to keep.
